Cloaking

Showing different content to search engines than to human visitors.

Cloaking is a serious violation of Google's spam policies, deceiving the algorithm about page content. Common forms include user-agent detection delivering different content to bots, IP-based delivery, JavaScript-only hidden content and text matching keyword stuffing. Detection often results in immediate manual actions and significant ranking suppression.
