How to read the results

Errors mean a required field is missing. Google may ignore the block entirely, or you will not be eligible for the rich result you are targeting. Fix these first.

Warnings mean a recommended field is missing. The schema will still work, but adding the field improves your chances of earning a visible rich result in search.

Info notes flag types this tool does not check in detail, or highlight Google policies you should be aware of, such as the restriction on self-hosted review stars for Organization and LocalBusiness types.

Where to add schema in Wix

You have two options. For script-wrapped schema, go to Settings, then Custom Code, then Head, and paste it there so it loads site-wide or on specific pages. For raw JSON without script tags, use the Wix Advanced SEO panel on any individual page and paste the JSON into the structured data field. Note the Advanced SEO field has a 7,000-character limit per page.

For best results in both traditional and AI search, use the dual-layer approach: Block 1 is your standard schema (LocalBusiness, Product, Course, etc.) for Google rich results, and Block 2 is a GEO entity layer with knowsAbout and sameAs arrays designed to help AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini understand your expertise and cite you in AI-generated answers.
