June 2025 Core Update
A broad Google core update reassessing overall content quality and relevance across the index, rolled out 30 Jun 2025 to 17 Jul 2025.
The update rolled out 30 Jun 2025 to 17 Jul 2025. Core updates are broad reassessments of overall content quality and relevance; they do not target Wix or any platform specifically. A Wix site that rose or fell did so because of how its content compares with everything else in the index, not because of the platform. Review your pages against Google's helpful-content self-assessment, genuinely improve or remove weak content, and expect that recovery is usually confirmed only at a later core update.
